one on one training
No 2 people are the same, so I tailor every program towards each individual based on goals, injury history, and other factors that make each person's situation unique. Every hour is specifically designed for the individual, ensuring you're getting the most attention on the areas that need it most.
small group training
Small group training is a great way to cut down the cost of 1 on 1 training, while still putting in the work with a friend or loved one. Relationships are strengthened when we do hard things together, and it also creates added accountability.
strength and conditioning class
60 minute class, with a limit of 5-6 people. Full body strength training stations make up 40 minutes, and we finish off with a 10-15 minute HIIT circuit, where we work on pushing our limits cardiovascularly to improve heart and respiratory function.
